Factors such as distance, carrier workload, regional shipping volume, peak seasons, and weather can all influence transit times. Typically, standard orders are delivered within ten to twenty business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Although we work with trusted shipping partners and coordinate carefully, unexpected delays may occur. Events like severe weather, transport interruptions, staffing shortages, security checks, or sudden increases in demand can affect both domestic and international deliveries. While we dispatch orders promptly and maintain communication with carriers, some circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and changes to the shipping address or method are not possible. To minimize delivery issues, customers should verify that all address details are accurate before completing checkout. Correct information helps prevent misrouting, failed deliveries, and extended transit times.

During transit, packages are the responsibility of the carrier and may pass through multiple facilities. Carriers may place shipments on hold for address verification or other checks. Rarely, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory discrepancies. All orders include free shipping. Some shipments may require a recipient’s signature.
